Hi my name is Amy-Louise, I go to a school in England called barking abbey which is in a pace called barking.. I live with my mum and step dad and two sisters in somewhere called Dagenham. The things I most enjoy doing is singing, dancing, and just going out wit my mates.
There is not a lot to do in my area I normally just hang around on the street with all my mates or go to a place called Chadwell heath, and go into in to a park. There are normally a lot of us out about 20 teenagers all together. I also spend a lot of time with my boyfriend who I have been with for over 4 months now. But I would much rather go out instead of sitting in doors.
The education in this country is very good. And the GCSE rates for A*-C grades in this school is very high.
What is the education where you live like?
The school I go to is a sports college, so everyone has to take PE but you can choose if you want to take it as a GCSE or not.
The main reason I am writing to you is to find out if there is a lot of crime where you live. I just want to ask a few questions about it and would appreciate it if you could answer them.
What crime is committed the most where you live?
Is there a high crime rate where you live?
Are there many people in your school that have been involved in crime or have been a victim of crime?
The highest crime here muggings, car theft, and vandalism.
Iv got to go now. It’s the end of school. But I hope I get an email back ASAP.

Hey Amy-Louise,
I'm Haidee. Where I live, there is a lot of crime, as a matter of fact, the police is always around this area. There are really high crime rates where I live one of the highest crimes committed here is drug dealing, like you can even see sometimes when they are selling drugs.
Actually I don't think are many people in our school that have been a victim of crime, because of the matter that most people that go there live in the north, which is usually the "rich" areas. But I can assure you that the ones that do live in the south, also known as the "ghetto", have experienced, been involved, or been a victim of crime.
Well I hope this helps.
-Haidee
